the meetings our group had, gained developements of the ideas, and settlement of what we were to do.. were we are setting it.. how we are going to progress the portfollio all together.. when we are going to shoot.
meeting one; in conclusion of this meeting we had straighten our feelings towards the genre and the thoughts on what and when we are going shoot.. the meeting lasted 2 hours, which proves that we had a lot of problems to solve.. although everything was originally going smootly, and we knew the genre, we were not to sure, as most of the class were going to do horror/thriller as their genre too. so as a result we didnt feel were could cope with the competition.. but i ensured the group that our techneques would help us make this opening sequence unique from the rest of the group... we was going to change the genre to comedy/romance; along them lings.. but i as part of the group didnt feel this was a good idea, i wanted us to shie upon everyone.. as we all have different parts that worked well for the genre.. Latisha Bibianni (girl 1) in the group was creative, Lawrence Salsbury (boy 1) had experience in media and new the expectations wanted, Adam Mathew (boy 2) in the group had an artist and creative side and works well with the camera, me on the other hand (girl 2) experience in media, creative, organized, and can work the imac... so i knew we could do it.
meeting 2.. this meeting was 20mins, held on a wednesday morning; through this i organised a scheme for us to work on, this was 2 weeks before the christmas holiday, so i insisted that the three weeks would be on blogspot work. researching and so on.. then when we come back we plan and shoot. and a week before the deadline we edit. so this in a strange way motivated us.. so this resolved the confusion and presure we had..
through out every lesson we have had a meeting, even if it is for 5 minutes, just so that we know what is going on. but these were the meetings that i feel stood out, and helped us mostly thoughout the research and plannign of the video..
